Hosted by the NPO Arts Network Japan, for the last two years this festival has been focusing on and featuring works from the Middle East and Eastern Europe in order to introduce the energetically created artworks from �societies under turbulence and control of political power.� This focus will extend to this year, in addition to the more general offerings of regional theater series, communication programs, and international visitors programs.
